Art Van Furniture Award of Hope (2014)

Two founders of a Grand Rapids educational organization were honored at the Art Van Award of Hope. Chuck Saur and the late Susie Saur were honored with the award for their work with the Conductive Learning Center.

The Conductive Learning Center offers programs and conductive education for young people with cerebral palsy, spina bifida and other motor disorders.

The conductive education provided has a life changing effect on the mobility and independence for these children.

The Art Van Award of Hope is a yearly award given out to different charitable works across Michigan. It recognizes individuals who help their communities and better people’s lives.

This award is part of the Art Van Million Dollar Charity Challenge, which supports 150 different Michigan charities.

It’s Art Van’s commitment to support those who serve others and to connect with community.
