Battle Creek boil water advisory lifted

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — A boil water advisory for part of the City of Battle Creek has been lifted.

The boil water advisory was issued Sunday for Parkway Drive from Hubbard Road to Plymouth Street, including the Parkway Manor Apartment Complex.

A water main break caused a decrease of pressure in the water system, which can allow bacteria to contaminate the water.

Tuesday, the city said that testing found the water is clean and lifted the advisory.
