LAKETOWN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A section of eastbound I-196 has reopened just south of Holland after it shut down due to a semi-truck wreck.

The wreck happened mid-Thursday morning just past the US-31 split in Laketown Township, according to Allegan County sheriff’s officials.

Eastbound traffic was temporarily routed off I-196 onto US-31.

There was no word on injuries.
