Debris and accident cleared from I-94

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) – A couple sections of I-94 in Kalamazoo County were temporarily closed Monday night.

The westbound lanes between Sprinkle Road (Exit 80) and Portage Road (Exit 78) were closed around 5:57 p.m. due to debris, according to Michigan Department of Transportation.

These lanes were reopened around 6:43 p.m.

The eastbound I-94 entrance ramp from Westnedge Avenue (Exit 76) was closed due to a vehicle rollover accident around 6:05 p.m., according to MDOT.

The ramp was reopened around 6:40 p.m.
