Accused gas station thief seen on camera

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. (WOOD) – A man accused of robbing a Berrien County gas station, and seen on the store’s surveillance camera, is wanted by authorities.

The theft occurred around 6:36 p.m. Tuesday at the AGO Station, 2501 Niles Ave., in St. Joseph.

The suspect walked into the store, unarmed, demanded money from the clerk, and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He is described as a middle-aged, white male, and wore a dark-colored coat, a hooded sweatshirt, dark sunglasses, a surgical mask over his face, and gloves.
