House fire in Albion ruled suspicious

ALBION, Mich. (WOOD) – A fire that destroyed a house in Albion has been ruled suspicious.

Members of the Albion Department of Public Safety responded around 2 a.m. Monday to the scene in the 100 block of W. Ash Street.

The house was engulfed in flames when crews arrived.

No was injured and all of the occupants were accounted for, ADPS said on its Facebook page.

Firefighters from Sheridan and Albion townships assisted at the scene.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
