SOLON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) – A man who had not been seen or heard from since Feb. 2 has been located safely.

The Kent County Sheriff’s Department received a report on Sunday about 59-year-old Edward Wilson. They believed he had left the area voluntarily.

He also has medical conditions and it was unknown whether he had his medication.

Both Wilson and his dog — a Beagle named Tyler — were found Monday. Both were safe. Wilson’s family was made aware that he was found.
