Life EMS gives roses to patients

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – All of the patients Life EMS ambulance’s mobility transport division serves Friday are getting a Valentine’s Day gift — a long-stem, red rose.

Life EMS expects to hand out as many as 175 roses to patients throughout the day.

The ambulance company has been doing this tradition for the past five years.
