GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – The latest “tow-and-plow” plans have been scheduled for the week of Feb. 17 in some Grand Rapids neighborhoods.
“We will continue relentlessly to push back the snow on streets too narrow for emergency vehicles to access to ensure people’s safety,” said Grand Rapids City Manager Greg Sundstrom.
This month, the City wants residents who park on specified streets to move their vehicles during 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on scheduled days so crews can plow the streets. Residents who don’t remove their vehicles will get a ticket and have their vehicle towed.
