ST. JOHNS, Mich. (WOOD) — Three people have been arrested in the death of a 19-year-old Michigan State University student.
Dustyn Frolka was found in the road along I-69 in Bath Township, near East Lansing, on Feb. 15. He was taken to a hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Police executed two search warrants early Saturday morning on an apartment and car in Saline, south of Ann Arbor.
They found illegal narcotics at the apartment and arrested one person. Other people who were at the apartment were questioned and released.
Two people were arrested at the scene of the vehicle.
The two adults and one juvenile arrested are being held without bond on charges of open murder. Their names are being withheld pending arraignment Monday in St. Johns in Clinton County.
Frolka was from Owosso and was a sophomore at MSU, where he was studying marketing.
