Get heart healthy with small changes

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) If you’re looking for ways to improve your diet to focus on heart health, there are ways you can do that by making some changes to your favorite recipes. Our WOTV 4 Women Healthy Eats Expert Margaux Drake shows how you can get more protein into a vegan or gluten-free diet and how to make some delicious substitutes to help lower your cholesterol.

Margaux has a Living Well Lifestyle class on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the D&W Fresh Market at Knapp’s Crossing. This week is “I Love Lasagna”. It’s $15 with a Yes card and $20 without a Yes card. There’s no need to pre-register, just show up! Children are welcome.
