BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — The president of Kellogg Community College in Battle Creek has been placed on administrative leave.

President Dennis Bona was placed on paid administrative leave effective Thursday, a statement from Board of Trustees Chair Jonathan Byrd said.

The leave is “non-disciplinary,” the statement said, “for the purpose of investigating concerns regarding his interactions with College personnel.”

The nature of those interactions is not known.

“To protect Dr. Bona’s rights, as well as the integrity of the investigation, no other comment will be made at this time,” the statement concludes.
