BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — A Battle Creek man has been rewarded with free beer for life for selecting the best NCAA bracket in the Lucky Buddha Bracket Challenge.

Tim Rowe submitted his best bracket in the Lucky Buddha “Win Beer For Life” sweepstakes. Out of 67 games, Rowe picked 45 winning teams.

In recognition of his achievement, Rowe will be receiving Lucky Buddha Beer for the rest of his life.

“I can’t believe I won beer for life,” said Rowe. “I was a fan of Lucky Buddha Beer before and now I’ll get Luck for life!”

Lucky Buddha had introduced the contest in response to Warren Buffet’s next to impossible billion-dollar NCAA Bracket challenge.

“Lucky Buddha Beer didn’t like that you had a better chance of getting struck by lightning on a sunny day then winning Buffett’s challenge.  If you have the best bracket, we believe you deserve beer for life. Congratulations Tim, Drinks are on Lucky Buddha Beer from here on out!,”said Kevin Swadish, CEO of Sage Beverages based in Carlsbad, Calif.
