Women running for a cause

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) The second annual Gazelle Girl event was a huge success! More than 2,700 women turned out to participate in the 5K walk/run and half marathon in Grand Rapids on April 13. Gazelle Girl raised money for four local charities, with 100% of the profits going to Kent County Girls on the Run, the YWCA of West Central MichiganG.R.O.W., and D.A. Blodgett – St. John’s.

You can see photo galleries from the WOTV 4 Women Network Night that happened at the GRAM on Friday to kick off race weekend.  Everyone put on some pretty bling from Fellow Flowers to show off their true colors.

On Saturday, a big crowd came down to the Downtown Market for the Expotique to pick up their race packets and prep for the big event Sunday. You can take a look at our photo gallery to see if our Social Sizzle camera caught you!
