Motorcyclist seriously hurt in Norton Shores crash

NORTON SHORES, Mich. (WOOD) — A motorcyclist was hospitalized Sunday after a crash involving a car in Norton Shores.

It happened on Henry Street near Porter Road, according to the Norton Shores Police Department. A northbound vehicle turned in front of a southbound motorcycle to enter a driveway, police said, at which point the car and bike collided.

The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with multiple fractures and serious injuries, NSPD said.

The  31-year-old Norton Shores man was headed to the Muskegon Motorcycle Club’s Spring Run, according to NSPD.
