GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Today is ‘Melanoma Monday’, a day meant to bring awareness to skin cancer ahead of summer and being in the sun all day long.
The day is about reminding everyone to check your bodies for any moles or marks, especially ones that you think might be changing.
Experts want to make sure everyone knows about melanoma before the summer months when everyone will be outside in the sun all day long.
