Take advantage of the off season in Traverse City

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (WOOD) Spring is a great time to hit the road and take a trip up north to see what the Traverse City area has to offer! There are a lot of advantages to heading there during the spring, like fewer crowds and more time with the wine experts. Black Star Farms is just one of the many locations on Old Mission Peninsula that makes award-winning wine in a beautiful setting.

If you’re thinking about heading north, it’s worth marking you calendar for Blossom Day. It’s Saturday, May 17. Eight wineries on Old Mission Peninsula will be taking part. You get a chance to meet the winemakers and sample yet-to-be-released wines. A ticket is required. You can buy them online by clicking here or call (231) 223-4110 for more information.
