Search for McDonald’s robbery suspect

URBANDALE, Mich. (WOOD) — Police in Battle Creek are searching for the suspect who robbed a McDonald’s Saturday night.

The robbery happened around 7:30 p.m. at the McDonald’s located at 1695 West Michigan Avenue in the Urbandale neighborhood.

According to police the suspect approached the counter, gave a worker a note demanding money and fled on foot.

He was able to make it away with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 30 years old, 5’7″ and weighs about 210 lbs.

He was wearing a grey sweatshirt, blue jeans and a black ball cap. He also has light facial hair and a tattoo of a square on his neck.
