Learn how to save a life with CPR

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) Emergency Medical Services week is May 18-24. To help everyone be as prepared as they can be, American Medical Response (AMR) is participating in the World CPR Challenge. It is a drop-in training of hands-only CPR on Wednesday, May 21.

Early CPR by bystanders can drastically improve the chance of survival for victims of sudden cardiac arrest. It is not difficult to perform and will not harm a victim of sudden cardiac arrest.

You can stop by any of the drop-in locations on Wednesday, May 21. You only need about 10 minutes. Call (616) 459-6660 or visit AMR’s website for more information.
