Police: 1 stabbed after brothers’ dispute

KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) — One person was hospitalized after a dispute between brothers, according to Kentwood police.

It happened Thursday evening in the 4800 block of Pamela Avenue SE.

Police were called to the scene after reports of a stabbing. They found that two brothers had a dispute that escalated to one person being stabbed.

The victim was taken to the hospital and was listed in stable condition Thursday night.

The suspect is being held at the Kent County jail. It’s not yet known what charges he will face.
