Police: Alcohol likely involved in downtown crash

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are investigating after an early morning crash in downtown Grand Rapids.

It happened just after 2 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Division Avenue and Oakes Street.

Grand Rapids police on scene told 24 Hour News 8 that two cars were involved and everyone in the crash suffered minor injuries.

Police believe alcohol may have played a role in the crash.
