BLENDON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Ottawa County authorities are looking for the people who broke into a Blendon Township convenience store and stole its cash register.

The Borculo Express convenience store on 96th Avenue south of Port Sheldon Street, north of Zeeland, was broken into around 1 a.m. June 3, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff’ Office.

Authorities say a suspect or suspects broke the front window of the store and made off with the cash register, which was empty at the time.

Parts of the register were found several miles away in the 5900 block of 136th Avenue in Olive Township.

Tuesday, the sheriff’s office released surveillance photos from the break-in. It’s asking for the public’s help to identify the people in the images.
