GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD)– A Battle Creek man was indicted on four federal charges connected to making child pornography Wednesday.

Ronald Lee Moser how faces charges of distributing child pornography, possession of child pornography and two counts of sexual exploitation and attempted sexual exploitation of a child.

Moser was in federal court earlier this month, accused of manufacturing child porn. Authorities say they matched a username from a foreign-based child porn hosting website to other usernames and traced them back to Moser’s email account.

When they raided his house, authorities found Moser with a 12-year-old boy.

They say they found a cellphone with images of the 12-year-old in sexually suggestive poses. Moser allegedly admitted the cellphone was his and he took the pictures.
