GAINES TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Deputies say two people were taken to the hospital after being stabbed by someone they knew.
Kent County sheriff’s deputies found two stabbing victims near 228 North Kenbrook Street SE around 6:40 p.m. Sunday. Both were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Deputies say the victims were stabbed by a neighbor. The 29-year-old male suspect was found a short distance from his home.
Deputies say he suspect stabbed the victims after an argument broke out over a previous disagreement.
The suspect is being held in the Kent County Correctional Facility on two counts of felonious assault.
