Camping on the wild side

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) Camp has come a long way. This summer you can give your child a really unique camp experience. They can hang out with African animals, learn about reptiles and even be a zookeeper. Binder Park Zoo offers a wide variety of camps for kids of any age. For the young children, ages 2-5, there’s FAWN Camp, or Adventures with Nature. Children need to be accompanied by an adult. Those camps run through August.

Safari Camps are for school-aged children. Those also run through August.

Binder Park Zoo also offers an experience for the whole family, an overnight camping experience.
