Detroit makes list of most stressful cities

DETROIT, Mich. (WOOD) — A new list is revealing the most stressful cities in the country.

CNN Money put together a list of the top 55 most stressed out cities and coming in at the top spot is New York City.

CNN Money cites the major stress factors as long commutes, long work hours, and a high cost of living. However, New York City has a lower crime rate compared to other large cities.

Detroit came in second with high crime and unemployment.

Taking the third spot is Los Angeles due to heavy traffic and a high cost of living.

Rounding out the top five most stressed out cities is Riverside/San Bernardino, California, and Houston, Texas.
