SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WOOD) –Verizon is working to fix a problem with their billing system Friday.
The issue is affecting Verizon customers mostly in Northeast, Midwestern and some Southern states, according to Trevor Thomas, Verizon Wireless Public Relations for Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky.
This is an internal billing systems issue but doesn’t affect calls, texts or data services, Thomas said.
The issue doesn’t impact all customers, but some people may be able to access the billing system.
Verizon did not give a time for when the system will be fixed.
