Motorcyclist killed at busy Grandville intersection

GRANDVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash that killed a Wyoming man.

The crash happened Friday night at the Rivertown Parkway and Wilson Avenue intersection. Police say a pickup truck was traveling eastbound on Rivertown Parkway when it ran a red light and hit the motorcyclist, who was heading south on Wilson Avenue.

Authorities identified the victim Sunday as 22-year-old Tad Deberg.

There was no word on the condition of the pickup driver.
