Something wild at the Air Zoo

PORTAGE, Mich (WOOD) We often think of museums and zoos as places where walk around and look at really interesting things.  Rachael recently travelled to the Air Zoo in Portage and can tell us, it’s a whole other kind of experience. From flight simulators, to rides, to more than 50 rare and historic aircraft,  the Air Zoo is all about high energy, active, fun and learning.

Right now, it’s featuring an amazing exhibit you don’t want to miss called “Tigers: Tracking a Legend!” It’s a journey into the lives of endangered Bengal Tigers. Guests also learn how both space science and aviation science are used in conservation efforts across the world.

The Air Zoo is open Monday through Sunday
General admission  $10-dollars
This exhibit costs an extra $6-dollars to see
Kids 4 and under get in free, as do active military members and veterans.
