Pick up a racket, help a child

3rd Annual Tennis for Treatment

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WOOD) For three years now, a Grand Rapids teen has gone above and beyond to help children with disabilities. Jacob Dennen is the founder and organizer of Tennis for Treatment Charity Tennis Tournament.

Proceeds go to West Michigan Miracle League for playground equipment. The West Michigan Miracle League is one of four in Michigan that brings the sport of baseball to kids with disabilities. There’s a specialized field and all the players are given buddies to help them play the game. The Miracle League is working to raise money for a playground at their ball field.
