Multiple people to face charges after meth raid

COOPER TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) – Several suspects are expected to face charges after deputies found components for making meth, meth and other forms of narcotics during a raid Saturday.

Deputies from the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 5300 block of  Riverview Drive in Cooper Township Saturday, according to a news release. The raid was a followup to a previous investigation.

Authorities found components for manufacturing methamphetamine, suspected methamphetamine and various other forms of narcotics, the release said.

Several suspects were identified during the search and one suspect was arrested on unrelated warrants, according to deputies.

The suspects in the case will face charges once the investigation is forwarded to the Kalamazoo County Prosecutor’s Office.
