Suspects in utility trailer break-ins sought

BYRON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) – Kent County sheriff’s investigators are asking for the public’s help to solve a number of utility trailer break-ins on the south side of the county.

Sheriff’s officials said in a release Tuesday that deputies have been called to “numerous” break-ins over the last few weeks in the area of Byron Township and Gaines Township.

In those incidents, items from inside the trailers, including tools, materials and equipment, were stolen, the release said.

A description of the suspect or suspects is unknown.
