GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) A lot of people love a delicious spread of sushi, but if you want to enjoy it in your own home, it can be a little tricky to make. Stu Christoff, a chef at the Spartan-Nash Culinary Classroom, demonstrates some tips on the art of rolling your own sushi.
You can learn how to make sushi first-hand, with the “Learn to make sushi at the Spartan Culinary Classroom” contest! Six people will be chosen to win two passes each to the classroom experience and will learn to make sushi. The class is on Tuesday, August 19 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. It makes a great date night, gift idea, or girls’ night out! Register to win until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, August 7.
