Aero Med called to 2-vehicle accident

ZEELAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A driver was taken by Aero Med to the hospital after rear-ending another vehicle Saturday on Adams Street in Zeeland Township.

A white vehicle rear-ended a dark-colored vehicle as it was attempting to a make a turn off of Adam Street. The driver of the white vehicle was taken by Aero Med to Spectrum Butterworth.

Two other passengers of the dark-colored vehicle were taken by ambulance to the hospital.

The driver of the vehicle that was rear-ended told 24 Hour News 8 that all of the injured people were conscious before being transported from the scene.

Adams Street was closed for about an hour while the accident scene was cleared.
