BERLIN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Three people were hospitalized after a crash north of Lake Odessa Sunday.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Jordan Lake Road and Portland Road in Berlin Township, according to the Ionia County Sheriff’s Department.

Authorities say 27-year-old Alison Murphy of Royal Oak was driving a Honda Fit east on Portland Road and failed to stop at the Jordan Lake stop sign.

Her car collided with a Chevrolet Equinox, which left the roadway and rolled.

James and Charlene Paul and Murphy were hospitalized. Their injuries are not considered life-threatening. Rademacher was not hospitalized.

Everyone was wearing their seat belt and air bags deployed properly in both vehicles, the sheriff’s office says.
