GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) With the countdown on to back to school, there’s a focus on healthy quick breakfasts and packing lunches. But there is something else every parent needs to pay attention to: the after school snack!

Chef Terri Rees shows how to get kids involved in making afternoon snacks using healthy ingredients like fresh vegetables, nut butters, and whole grains.
