BIG RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) — A 16-year-old boy who was pulled unconscious from the Muskegon River after a weekend tubing accident has died.

The teen was taking part in an outing in Big Rapids with young people from the Muslim Community of Western Suburbs on Saturday afternoon.
