A new spin on classic Mediterranean fare

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) There’s a restaurant in Grand Rapids that’s taking Mediterranean food to the next level. Ashtin Raad started Raad’s Mediterranean Grill using his mother’s recipes from Lebanon. He uses combinations of spices that you won’t find anywhere else, infusing delicious flavor into dishes like kibbe, pomegranate salad, falafel, kabob, and other Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Indian classics.

Raad’s Mediterranean Grill is located at 962 Cherry Street SE in Grand Rapids.
