INTERVIEW: Help for victims of domestic violence

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — It’s been a few days since the video showing former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice punching his then fiancée surfaced.

24 Hour News 8 sat down with Tara Aday, the director of prevention and education at Safe Haven Ministries, to talk about domestic violence – a topic that has been highly discussed as a result of the video.

In her interview she discusses:

  • What types of resources are available
  • How to help someone who is in an abusive relationship
