Grand Rapids holds meetings on launch of 311

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – The City of Grand Rapids will be holding community meetings to announce the launch of its 311 customer service center.

The new 311 customer service center will allow residents to get information about city services, activities and programs. 311 will launch on Wednesday, Oct. 1.

Residents who would like to get more information on 311 are welcomed to join the following community meetings:

Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
City High/Middle School
1720 Plainfield Ave NE

Thursday, Sept. 18 at 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Union High School
1800 Tremont Blvd NW
