SPARTA, Mich. (WOOD) — Police and school officials at Sparta High School have prompted an investigation into an alleged threat made by a student.
School officials sent a letter to parents Wednesday morning stating they were notified about an alleged threat made by a student on a school bus Tuesday night.
The parents of the student who made the threat was contacted. Both police and administration officials met the student’s bus at Sparta High School and the student was removed for questioning.
Authorities believe this is an isolated incident and that there is no real threat or eminent danger to anyone at the school.
