Police searching for man who fled crash

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — Police in Battle Creek are searching for a man who left the scene of a crash.

Anthony Tyler, 24, crashed into a parked car and a garage in the area of Capital Avenue SW and Meachem Avenue early Wednesday morning, according to police.

The vehicle Tyler was driving sustained significant damage in the collision.

He left the scene on foot before officers or medical crews arrived.

Tyler is 5’7″, weighs 150 pounds, and was last seen wearing a dark, red-hooded sweatshirt.

Anyone with information about his location is asked to call Calhoun County Consolidated Dispatch at 269.781.0911.
