Apparent shooting investigation in Muskegon

MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) — Muskegon police spent hours on the scene of an apparent shooting Sunday night.

The heavy police presence was at a residence in the 200 block of Sumner Street, east of Yuba Street.

The circumstances surrounding the incident were unknown Sunday night. It was also unknown whether police were looking for any suspects.

Muskegon police said Sunday night there was no one available who was authorized to provide any information about the situation.
