Police seize 20 pounds of marijuana from home

MARSHALL, Mich. (WOOD) — A single vehicle crash led police to a home in Calhoun County where they seized 20 pounds of marijuana.

Deputies responded to the crash on F Drive S near 22 1/2 Mile Road on Tuesday.

Further investigation led deputies to a home in the 21000 block of F Drive S.

During a consent search of the home, police discovered approximately 20 pounds of marijuana.

A 29-year-old Homer resident was arrested for resisting and obstructing a police officer.

A warrant is being submitted on the homeowner for possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
