Festival celebrates the finer things in life

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) The seventh annual Grand Rapids International Wine, Beer & Food Festival brings in more than 17,000 attendees and is the largest culinary celebration in the state. Whether you’re a connoisseur who appreciates the finest things in life or you’re new to the art and looking for an introduction to the culinary world, this festival is sure to please even the pickiest of pallets. More than 100 wineries from around the world provide samples to up to 1,200 wines.

The festival takes place Thursday, November 20 through Saturday, November 22 at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids. Admission is $15 for Thursday and $20 for Friday and Saturday. A three-day pass costs $40. Food and beverage samples require varied amounts of sampling tickets, which cost $0.50 each and are sold at the festival.

Attendance at the festival is for those 21 years of age and older. ID is required for admittance.
