GVSU hosting public forum on end-of-life care

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – The Trillium Institute is holding a public forum Wednesday on end-of-life care practices in the U.S. at Grand Valley State University.

Dr. Christian Sinclair, one of the authors of the Institute of Medicine’s report on “Dying in America,” will be joined by other experts in the field as well as representatives from the Michigan Legislature to discuss the recommendation the study suggests for changing end-of-life practices.

The forum will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. inside Grand Valley State University’s Seidman Center located at 50 Front Street in Grand Rapids.

The event is free and open to the public.
