Fire destroys Geneva Township home

GENEVA TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) – A home in Geneva Township is a total loss after a fire broke out Saturday afternoon, according South Haven Area Emergency Services.

When firefighters arrived around 12:30 p.m., the home on 66th Street near County Road 388 was totally engulfed in flames.

No one was inside the home at the time of the fire. There were no reported injuries.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
