HOLLAND, Mich. (WOOD) If you want a unique experience that’s also a great workout, check out underwater hockey at Holland Community Aquatic Center.

Underwater hockey is a growing sport around the world and there are organized teams that compete in the U.S. The team at Holland Aquatic is non-competitive. Participants get a great workout in the water while having fun. The team is made up of men and women of all ages.

Underwater hockey is a seasonal sport at Holland Aquatic Center. The next season is January 5 through March 23. It takes place Monday nights from 7:30 until 8:45 p.m. Participants can pay a seasonal rate or a daily rate. Check the Holland Aquatic website for details.
