"Recipes I've Stolen" cookbook

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) Some chefs claim to be artists, but not many call themselves thieves. Gary Saulter is the author of “Recipes I’ve Stolen.” The cookbook features 112 recipes from restaurants across the country. Saulter has been collecting them for 20 years and is now sharing the secrets with the world.

“Recipes I’ve Stolen” features 112 recipes of American cuisine including appetizers, entrees, seafood, and more. Each recipe lists the restaurant from which it was stolen.

You’re invited to a release party and cooking class for “Recipes I’ve Stolen.” It’s on Thursday, January 29, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Thought Design in Rockford. Sign up online.
