GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – A 38-year-old man has been charged in connection to the fatal shooting of man at a Grand Rapids barber shop.
David Runyon is charged with lying to investigators and being a habitual offender in connection with the murder of Nathan Seyfer Moore.
Following a preliminary hearing Tuesday, Runyon was bound over to circuit court.
Another man, 32-year-old Darius Montes Key, has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of firearms by a felon and a felony firearms charge.
Currently, no one has actually been charged with fatally shooting Moore.
Moore, 28, was shot in the chest at Your Barber Shop, 32 Hall St. SE, on Sunday, Dec. 21, at an after-hours party at the shop.
He was taken to a Grand Rapids hospital and later died from the gunshot wound.
